Shipping and returns

Shipping

• Shipping fee is 65kr (around €6 based on the current official rate) and free shipping on orders above 1500kr (around €146).
• All orders are sent out from Wretlund Studio in Trosa. 
• All products are made to order.
• Delivery takes about 10-15 workdays if it doesn't say otherwise.
• We offer worldwide shipping and parcels are always trackable.
• Customs fees are not included when ordering from outside of Europe.

Returns

• We always offer free returns. 
• You have 14 days to return an order after receiving it.
• Contact us at contact@wretlund.se to get a return label. 
• Print it and put it on the parcel and return your goods in a nearby post office.
• After we receive the parcel we will refund your item(s) back to the original payment method.  
• Note that items must be in their original condition and packaging. 
• Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for.
